How do people usually build the habit of meditation? I felt there is a lack of template programs unlike lifting and this is my main issue at the moment

Don't overthink it. Meditation simply means sitting still and trying not to think in order to clear your mind. Sit and enjoy the stillness. You can start with just 5 minutes a day. Set an alarm and sit there. The moment you realize that you're thinking about something, accept the thought, don't fight it, and gently resume to meditating.
