>4. Go for a walk daily in the eveningA bit the same as above, but also to clear my mind and use it a a way of meditation also. I will walk after dinner, without music or anything in my ears. I have thought about editing my local Openstreetmaps as it isn't super good here.
>5. Read before bedI have a few books and do read sometimes, but I often forget it. I have some fantasy, philosophy and science books I want to get started on. Doing this should also make me fall asleep faster.
>6. No porn, also only fap once a week maxPorn for sure is the major issue and not nofap. I want to see how far I can go without fapping and if I absolutely have to, it has to be without porn. I'm just gonna use my imagination.
