 No.4

Tomorrow starts week 11 out 52. 18% of 2025 is already behind us.

Let's take upon ourselves some challenges/habits for the coming week. Here are my challenges. I will come with an update next Sunday in regards to how it went.

1. Wake up every morning at 08:00.
2. Cold shower every day for at least 1 minute (Although I'm not sure, since I have had the coof for the past week and haven't yet recovered fully)
3. No junk food.
4. Work out 3 times in the week for one hour.
5. Daily journaling, for at least 10 min.
6. Sit still every day for 10 min.
7. Eat in silence (no watching videos or any of that nonsense while eating)
8. Finish the article for the personal site.
9. Strive to not procrastinate. Use 90 min of undistracted chunks while working while having phone/pc on DND mode.
10. Don't check social media etc at least until after noon.
11. Bible reading every day in the evening.
12. In bed at least by 23:00.

I'm also on the no fap and no alcohol extravaganza. My streak currently is 94 days, so it's going good. Praise be to God.

What are your challenges for the upcoming week frens?

I wanna do a challenge myself for April.

1. No energy drinks or caffeine at all
2. Soda (caffeine free) and junk food only on Friday/Saturday and in limited amounts
3. Exercise every day, whether it be running, weightlifting or bodyweight exercises
4. Go for a walk daily in the evening
5. Read before bed
6. No porn, also only fap once a week max

Will update weekly every Tuesday

Good luck Anon!
Why you don't do a self evaluation test now and another one at the end of April?
The purpose is to have a record to brake and keep track of your progress.

Good idea

>1. No energy drinks or caffeine at all

This one has become a big problem for me. I drink energy drinks several times a week and I hope to get more energy out of the day by stopping.

>2. Soda (caffeine free) and junk food only on Friday/Saturday and in limited amounts

I want to cut down on these things to lose weight and feel better. I have already cut down a little on it, but I want to get to a point in which I consume it no more than once a week. I don't want to quit entirely as I don't want it to be so that I can't enjoy it sometimes with friends or family

>3. Exercise every day, whether it be running, weightlifting or bodyweight exercises

I already run 3 times a week (currently doing C25K) and want to also focus on the rest of the body. I want to lose weight and look noticeably more fit by the end of April.

>4. Go for a walk daily in the evening

A bit the same as above, but also to clear my mind and use it a a way of meditation also. I will walk after dinner, without music or anything in my ears. I have thought about editing my local Openstreetmaps as it isn't super good here.

>5. Read before bed

I have a few books and do read sometimes, but I often forget it. I have some fantasy, philosophy and science books I want to get started on. Doing this should also make me fall asleep faster.

>6. No porn, also only fap once a week max

Porn for sure is the major issue and not nofap. I want to see how far I can go without fapping and if I absolutely have to, it has to be without porn. I'm just gonna use my imagination.
